Dispatch Times
We dispatch same day for most orders received by 2pm UK time but some product lines can take longer to prepare such as kits and panels in which case please allow 3-5 days for dispatch. This is also subject to availability and whether the order contains any non-stock items.
Please note parcels lost or damaged in transit are where applicable covered up to a maximum value of the goods purchased. If the letter post / airmail (uninsured) option is chosen, we are not able to track a missing parcel and will have to wait 15 working days (25 working days for Airmail) before it can be considered lost in the post. We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery, UK Carrier or International Carrier services for large and / or high value goods which also offers the advantage of consignment tracking and quicker delivery.
Shipping to UK Destinations
The UK is split into 4 zones for the purposes of calculating shipping costs, these are:
- Zone 1: All post codes in England, Wales (Except where listed below)
- Zone 2: Isle of Wight PO30 and above
- Zone 3: Scottish Highlands AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50
- Zone 4: Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3, GY1-10, JE1-5, BT

The EU is split into 6 zones for the purposes of calculating shipping costs, these are:
- Zone 1: Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands
- Zone 2: Austria, Denmark
- Zone 3: Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain
- Zone 4: Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden
- Zone 5: Bulgaria, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania
- Zone 6: Cyprus & Malta
Shipping methods available for each zone are Airmail, Airmail Tracking, International Carrier.
We are unable to ship certain products by Air Mail due to size or being resticted in which case the only shipping option available at the checkout will be EU International Carrier.

- Zone 7: Norway, Switzerland, Turkey
- Zone 8: Iceland, Ukraine
- Zone 9: Gibralta
- Zone 10: Russia - Sorry but we are no longer able to ship to Russia due to restrictions placed on imports by Russian Customs Authorities
You may be required to pay a customs import duty and a handling fee direct to the carrier on arrival in your country before goods are released. This is outside of our control.
